Digital Service Information
1. Description of the Digital Service
metrico.studio is a web-based digital service operated by ZARIA s.c. (Powstańców Wielkopolskich 16, 63-460 Skalmierzyce, Poland, VAT ID: PL6222782905). The service generates made-to-measure sewing pattern files in PDF format, applying established tailoring construction methods to user-provided body measurements to produce ready-to-print pattern pieces.
The service is provided as digital content (generated PDF files) and as a software as a service (SaaS) platform accessible via web browser.
2. Technical Requirements
To access and use metrico.studio you need:
- A modern web browser (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+) with JavaScript enabled.
- An internet connection.
- An email address for account registration.
- PDF viewer software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader, built-in browser PDF viewer) to open generated patterns.
- A printer capable of printing A4 or Letter size pages, or access to a print service, to print the patterns.
3. Functionality
The service provides the following core functionality:
- Selection of garment type and model.
- Input of body measurements.
- Automated generation of a multi-page PDF pattern scaled to the provided measurements.
- Storage of generated patterns in the user's account archive, accessible for re-download while the account remains active, subject to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
- Multiple export formats may be available for each generated pattern, including A4 tiled, Letter tiled, A0/plotter, and projector-ready versions where offered for the given model.
4. Interoperability and Compatibility
Generated PDF files conform to the PDF 1.4 (or later) specification and are compatible with standard PDF viewer applications on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
The web application does not require installation and is compatible with the operating systems and devices that run the supported browsers listed above.
The service does not integrate with third-party sewing or CAD software. Pattern files are standalone PDFs intended for manual printing and cutting.
5. Updates
We may update the service to add features, correct errors, or maintain compliance with applicable regulations. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Updates do not affect previously generated and archived patterns.
We intend to provide security updates and maintain the service for as long as it remains commercially available. No fixed end-of-service date is planned as of the date of this document. This does not affect account deletion or data retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Delivery of Digital Content
Payment for a subscription or one-time Metricon (MTC) package grants access to the service and/or adds credits to your balance. A specific PDF pattern is delivered when you generate and save that pattern within the service — at that point, MTC credits are deducted from your balance.
Once generated, the PDF is stored in your account archive and may be re-downloaded in all available formats (A4, Letter, A0, projector) at any time while your account remains active.
7. Consumer Support
For technical issues or questions about the digital service, contact us at metrico@metrico.studio. We respond within 2 business days.
