Refund Policy
1. Overview
This policy is issued by ZARIA s.c. (operator of metrico.studio). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for our two product types: one-time Metricon credit packages and recurring subscriptions.
To request a refund, email us at metrico@metrico.studio with your order details. We respond within 2 business days.
2. Metricon Credit Packages (One-Time Purchases)
Metricon (MTC) credits are an internal service balance used to request generation of digital content within metrico.studio. Credits are consumed when you generate and save a PDF pattern. The relevant digital content is considered delivered when the PDF pattern is successfully generated and made available in your archive and/or for download. The following conditions therefore apply:
- Unused credits — if you have not yet used any credits from a package, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used credits — if some credits have been consumed, we will refund only the value of the unused portion (pro-rated by the number of remaining credits), within 14 days of purchase.
- Fully used credits — once all credits in a package have been used to generate PDF patterns, no refund is available as the digital content has been fully delivered.
Refunds for unused or partially used credits after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. technical failure on our side).
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide a monthly allocation of Metricon credits. Credits accumulate in your account for as long as the subscription remains active.
- Free cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you have a 30-day grace period to use any remaining subscription credits before they expire.
- Refund for current period — if you cancel within 3 days of a billing date and have not used any credits in that period, we will issue a full refund for that period upon request.
- Annual subscriptions — if you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of initial purchase and have not used any credits, you are entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, we will refund the value of unused full months remaining.
4. Technical Failures
If Metricon credits are deducted but no PDF is successfully generated, stored, or made available for download due to a service-side fault, the deducted credits will be restored to your account automatically, or upon request. Restoration may happen automatically or after manual review if automated recovery fails. If you prefer a monetary refund instead of credit restoration, contact us.
Please include the date, garment type, and a description of the issue when reporting a failed generation.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email metrico@metrico.studio.
- Include: your registered email address, the date of purchase, and a brief reason.
- We will confirm the refund amount and process it within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after our approval depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made outside the eligible windows stated above.
7. Consumer Rights (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase for digital services and digital content, unless you have expressly consented to the immediate commencement of the digital service and acknowledged that, once digital content is supplied, your right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.
At metrico.studio, this consent is collected before payment via explicit checkboxes presented during the checkout flow. You confirm: (1) a request for the immediate commencement of the digital service and access to the purchased credit balance or subscription, and (2) acknowledgment that, once a PDF pattern is generated and made available in your archive and/or for download, the relevant digital content has been supplied and the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to that content. A record of this consent is included in your purchase confirmation email as a durable medium.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
